Get Unstuck

get unstuck

Today I’m going to talk about creative blocks. Don’t you ever get stuck ? like ideas don’t go anywhere. They don’t come in, let alone get out of my mind.

How can? The felling is so frustrating. Although,  let’s faced we all go through this at some point in our lives.  If you’re a creative is a painters block, designers block, writers block. It’s a dumb place to be.

Although, being stuck is not limited to a specific area. You can get stuck at work, in your relationships, with your diet. This block, is a resistance. We suppose to be working on something, but we don’t feel motivated.

It’s not a black hole or a place of  not ideas. It’s a place where specific ideas fall off your hands.

Work on something else. Make a nice dinner, go for a walk, think about your favourite films. This usually works for me.

When we’re too attached to a project is natural feel stuck. Likewise, when things don’t come out as expected we feel powerless. Things don’t fit together. This is common in all humans.

But you know what? It’s fine.

The idea is review your motivations, analyse how you got here and reverse engineering if necessary. I’m not an expert, but these books may help. It gives advice on how to get unstuck in the creative process and in life in general.

I really hope it helps.
